We’re exploring a faster way to create jobs in WorkNinja directly from incoming emails.
Each business would be provided with a unique WorkNinja email address. When an email is forwarded to that address, WorkNinja would attempt to read the message and any supported attachments, then use that information to prepare a new job.
Potential improvements include:
Unique job creation email address – forward job requests, work orders or instructions directly into WorkNinja.
Email content extraction – identify useful information such as customer details, addresses, job descriptions and requested dates.
Attachment reading – extract relevant job information from supported PDF and document attachments.
Intelligent job matching – attempt to match incoming information with existing customers, properties or contacts.
AI-assisted job creation – use AI where appropriate to interpret unstructured emails and documents.
Review before creation – allow users to check and correct the extracted information before the job is confirmed.
The aim is to reduce manual data entry when receiving jobs by email, particularly for businesses that regularly receive work orders, purchase orders or job instructions from customers and contractors.
