Potential improvements include:
AI Form Builder – create work forms by describing what you need, with WorkNinja helping generate the structure and fields.
AI Writing Assistance – help staff write, improve or summarise text when completing reports and other job documentation.
AI Business Insights – analyse WorkNinja data to highlight trends and provide useful feedback on areas such as revenue, jobs, performance and workload.
Natural-language questions – make it easier to ask questions about business data without having to build or interpret complex reports.
The aim is to use AI where it can genuinely reduce manual work and help businesses make better decisions, rather than adding AI features for the sake of it.
