We’re planning improvements to WorkNinja’s authentication and login controls to give businesses greater security and more flexibility over how users access the platform.
Potential improvements include:
Single Sign-On (SSO) – allow users to access WorkNinja using an existing company identity provider.
Enforced Multi-Factor Authentication – give businesses the ability to require MFA for users.
Administrator security controls – provide greater control over authentication requirements and login policies.
Customer Portal SSO – explore SSO options for customer portal access where appropriate.
The aim is to make WorkNinja easier to manage for larger teams while providing stronger security controls for businesses with more advanced IT and compliance requirements.
