We’re planning improved CSV import functionality to make it easier to bring existing business data into WorkNinja and manage larger datasets.
Potential improvements include:
Bulk imports – upload multiple users, products and services at once using CSV files.
Downloadable templates – provide ready-to-use CSV templates showing the required fields and format.
Import validation – check data before importing and highlight missing or incorrectly formatted information.
Error feedback – clearly identify any rows that could not be imported and explain what needs correcting.
Duplicate handling – help prevent duplicate records from being created during an import.
Import summary – provide a clear overview of what was successfully imported and anything requiring attention.
The aim is to make onboarding and bulk data management faster, particularly for businesses moving to WorkNinja from another system.
