Structured job titles – select from predefined job titles instead of entering them manually each time.
Custom job title option – allow users to enter a custom title when the required job type is not already available.
Consistent job setup – help standardise how common jobs are created across different team members.
Faster job creation – reduce repetitive data entry when booking frequently used job types.
The aim is to speed up job creation while improving consistency across scheduling, reporting and job records.
