We’re planning improvements to make job creation faster and more consistent across WorkNinja.

Potential improvements include:

• Job templates – create reusable templates for common types of work.

• Structured job titles – select from predefined job titles instead of entering them manually each time.

• Custom job title option – allow users to enter a custom title when the required job type is not already available.

• Consistent job setup – help standardise how common jobs are created across different team members.

• Faster job creation – reduce repetitive data entry when booking frequently used job types.

The aim is to speed up job creation while improving consistency across scheduling, reporting and job records.
