We’re planning a secure, well-documented API to make it easier for businesses and technology partners to connect WorkNinja with other systems.

Potential improvements include:

• Core business data access – work with key WorkNinja records including jobs, customers, contracts and invoices.

• Secure authentication – provide controlled and secure access to business data.

• Role-based permissions – control which areas of the API different integrations or users can access.

• Clear documentation – provide developer-friendly guidance to make integrations easier to build and maintain.

• Integration flexibility – allow businesses to connect WorkNinja with their own software, reporting tools and third-party platforms.

The aim is to make WorkNinja more flexible and easier to integrate into businesses with existing systems or more advanced technology requirements.
