We’re planning to introduce push notifications to the WorkNinja mobile app, helping staff stay informed about important activity without needing to constantly check the system.
Potential improvements include:
iOS & Android notifications – receive WorkNinja alerts directly on supported mobile devices.
Job updates – notify staff about relevant changes to jobs, schedules and assignments.
Customer communications – alert users when new customer messages or replies require attention.
Direct navigation – tapping a notification can take the user straight to the relevant job or area of WorkNinja.
In-app alerts – surface important updates when the WorkNinja app is already open.
The aim is to make WorkNinja more proactive, ensuring field staff and office users can respond quickly to important updates wherever they are.
