We’re planning improvements to make it easier for administrators to manage users and account access within WorkNinja.
Potential improvements include:
Invitation management – see whether a user has accepted their invitation and resend invitations where needed.
Suspend users – temporarily remove access without deleting the user.
Password support – provide administrators with improved options for helping users regain access.
Role changes – move users between available roles and permission levels.
Remove users – remove a user from the company when they no longer require access.
Clearer user status – make it easier to see whether users are active, invited or suspended.
The aim is to give administrators better control over their team and make day-to-day user management much simpler.
